Safety of breast implant?

I am hoping to get breast implant in the subsequent few months but the more I read the more concerned I become on their safety. The FDA website stated that contained by a program designation to track post operative patients, out of approx. 1200 patients, 21% had some sort of complication.
I am looking for feedback from women who hold had breast implant.

Research your butt past its sell-by date. Make sure you see at least three surgeons until that time choosing one. Look at their before/after pictures, especially ones that are your body type, and your before size.
