Addicted To Masterbation?

Ok, I need some give a hand. I am addicted, I use this back massager and masterbait, I do this 5-6 times or more a light of day. I know I am addicted, but being 13 I can't exactly see a doctor, or a theripest because he would be required to enlighten my mom. Please help, I am trying to quit but I only can't :(...

Answers:    Your body actually can become used to the chemical release of pleasure.

Remember that things have need of to be enjoyed contained by moderation. Don't worry roughly it, just try and occupy your time next to other things and it will gradually diminish. Try working out, this releases good chemicals into your body too similar to those released during climax.

Don't allow yourself the environment to provide into the temptation, and you won't hold to worry roughly it.

You may get too used to this penchant of pleasure and decide to start man sexually active, scrupulous there though. Feelings can start to bring back really complicated and some STD's stay with you for vivacity, not to mention pregnancy.

Channel that energy into something more productive and not newly self indulgence.
um try throwing the messager away weirdo and if u dont wanna stop then dont theres no lay against masterbaiting holy crap. do you not stir to school or somethin!?
you want to tell your mom. wreak like...
you'd involve to tell your mom why you want to travel see
a therapist or a doctor.

share your mom.you're waaaay to young to be doing this
several times a sunshine. your mom will understand.
better that than getting knock up at your age There's nothing wrong beside what you're doing. Don't feel unpromising about it. I've be doing this since I was 11 and that be years ago.
i am a bit older and do it not as much of times a day but still do it it is fluent to want sex but not get it it is better to contribute it to ur self omgggggggggg just throw the entity away
Well try throwing the massagers away. But if your hormones continue, I push for you to keep masturbating. Masturbating isn't impossible at all. Your really young at heart and I prefer you to masturbate, then to hold sex. As long as your feeling well-mannered (In a safe way) later its OK. you are not addicted, you just hold a high sex drive. its honourable that you are touching yourself instead of having sex until that time you are ready. You do not inevitability to see a doctor. If the time u spend masturbating is affecting your life, objective you do not have time to finnish your homework or something because if it, next just boundary yourself to once or twice a day. its only your hormones going nuts, dont worry.
This may be a ridiculous answer (here come the thumbs down clickers...) but I hear something from a therapist once that you may want to try. Every time you bring back the urge to masturbate find something absolutely ridiculous that you enjoy to do first, like.move your dresser to the other side of the room, or pinch all your clothes out of the closet and past its sell-by date the hangers, or something approaching that. Pick something and then every time you want to masturbate do that piece first, then masturbate, afterwards put the clothes on the hangers and pay for in the closet or move the dresser to its inspired place, or whatever. Make sense? What this might do is label masturbating not worth all the physical exertion before and after it. Maybe you'll want to try it. Sounds resembling your testosterone level is too soaring There is medication such as Diane-35, Androcur which decreases the testosterone within the body and will stop the sexual urges
