GY problems beside my 11 yo daughter?

Please someone help me. My 11 yo daughter has be having alot of extremely debilitating lower put money on pain. After several xrays, a CT and an MRI that states she has "fluid collection noted posterior to the uterus and anterior to the rectum measure 2.9 x 1.9 cm in size. Bilateral follicles are noted in both ovaries 10 mm follicle on the vanished ovary and a 7 mm follicle on the right ovary." It also states that she has a Schmorl's node along the superior end plate of S1(what is that)

Answers:    Possibility of Inflammatory Pelvic Disease{IPD] beside lymphadenopathy is there with reffred misery. The Type of infection to be found-anyway you have to consult a gynecologist or a surgeon for ultimate relieve.Good luck..
Schmorl's node: An upward and downward protrusion (pushing into) of a spinal disk's soft tissue into the bony tissue of the adjacent vertebrae (the bony building blocks of the spine). Schmorl's nodes are detectable with an x-ray oral exam as a spine abnormality.

as to the rest of your questions i think the specialist should answer adjectives that and if so ask them to do so without your daughter present as it could affect her being simply 11. .
According to Wiki:

These are protrusions of disc material into the surface of the vertebral body, which may contact the marrow of the vertebra and lead to inflammation. The protrusions are also associated next to necrosis of the vertebral bone and the question of whether these protrusions and inflammation cause the necrosis, or whether the cartilage migrates into areas that own become necrotic due to other conditions, is under investigation..
I am not a medical expert, but I think this funds she has fluid in the uterus and rectum. It could also penny-pinching just in the uterus but fundamental the rectum. The fluid present in the ovary is in both ovaries.

Schmorl's node is an abnormality within the shape of the spine. This site explains it all. http://www.medterms.com/script/main/art..
