Im going on the pill how can i maintain myself from gaining freight?

my period is irregular so my doctor recommended the pill...im in recent times concerned about purchase weight...would exercising everyday preserve me from gaining the immensity? or what can i do to prevent it

I am on Yasmin, and I in fact dropped weight. I am not sturdy to begin beside, but I think this pill have some kind of hormone contained by it that helps near water substance, in turn making my boobs smaller number swollen. I recommend it if gaining mass is an issue for you

just excercise and eat nourishing. The pill affects everyone differently so you might not gain any weight at adjectives and if you do it could only be a terribly little bit. At least that's my experience.

You need to be equipped to completely change your diet, because you won't be capable of eat similar to you used to (depending on your current habits!). I'd start beside eating the correct amount of calories for your size and stick to it near a journal that tally your caloric intake each time...my metabolism went screwy when I started the pill and I still haven't shed the freight...
