I Feel like my insides are coming out when I push to enjoy a BM?

This may sound strange but I will ask it anyway. I have a total hysorectomy 1 year ago. Just recently when I try to enjoy a bm that is difficult to slip away my female parts quality like they are comming out. for nearly 4 months off and on I have constipation and loose stool back and forth, My hormones are crazy out of wack so nought works like it used to. However the simply part gone down there doesn`t matter what it is pushes out of my vaginal area deeply slightly and it scares me. I be taking a colon clense product called Bowtrol for just about a week so other then that zilch has changed. I hold noticed that If I am constipated it is almost imposible to urinate. I could really use your support. My GYN is out sick and the on call is a DR. I hold never met. Thanks for any answers you might have.
