What does it mean if you hold random pains in your heart?
My friend get random pains in her heart. she is a bit obese too but not as big as some girls. She often have to press down on her heart for the pain to stop. sometimes she have them under her breast. what is this? does she involve quick medical strictness? she also doesnt want to tell her mom because her mom other criticizes her.

I would put in the picture your friend to go see a doctor newly to make sure its zilch serious as sometimes these sorts of things do lead to something bigger. It may a short time ago be muscle spasms as they can really hurt sometimes but I would go win it checked then she will know for sure - as the clich?? goes - better to be sure than sorry.
