Cramps :( give a hand.?

So yes just resembling others asking the same cross-question. I have have really bad cramps contained by the past, first it be during then 3 days formerly and then during, immediately a week before and during. I own tried everything but no relief! I finally get on birth control, it seemed to support still having cramps though but not a week earlier. But now slowly it's stern to the way it be before. I don't know what to do anymore, can't sleep, i'm remarkably tired, feel similar to throughing up, bloated, hot flashes, headaches, support pain i'm only miserable, take approaching 3 tylenols at a time and it barly helps. I hold taken midoll, tea, advil, hot pads, vitamins, I have a feeling hopeless.

i enjoy found tyonal does not do any thing any so try advil or another pain reliver

Best bet is to jump to the doctors.. If you're doing all those things & it isn't really helping, it's best to and go and get something that will help.. Hope it get better x
