It could absolutely be poor circulation, especially since orgasm alters blood flow. It could also be the result of muscle contractions that go on during orgasm.

I doubt it makes a difference as to what brings on the orgasm-- oral sex or vaginal sex. It's probably the orgasm itself that's cause it.

Your best bet is for her to pay a call on to her doctor. Especially since circulatory problems can be kind of serious.
