Iam nervous in the region of having to be in motion to the bathroom on the bus?

I am nervous that i am going to own to go to the bathroom while on a pen trip today. although the bbus ride is about an hour i am still afraid about it and i have a feeling like i own to throw up. please help me on what to do. thank you
