How do you stop your term from leak on to the bed at dark?

I use a long pad with wing at night, but the thing is, I supposedly "verbs and turn" during the night, which causes my term to leak on to my underwear and bed, and not my pad. When I wake up up in the morning, my pad is compassionate of clean, but there is a huge stain surrounded by my underwear. I don't have a heavy flow, I would resembling to know how do stop my period from leaking out of my underwear, so I don't own to change my pajama bottoms everyday >_>

Answers:    If my period is hefty and I am worried about it getting on my clothes, I wear some old undies (with a wipe or tampon) and no pants and i get some aged towels and put them underneath me. .
try buying night pads they stay on better for that simple aim,
or even try a tampon in light near a liner but only use it when a maxium of eight hours of sleep is all u will achieve,
set an alarm for every six hours if u want to sleep longer and change it and go rear legs to sleep
i would go with the wipe though cause even though the tampon is better there is a big arbitrary of oversleeping but if u are a light sleeper try the tampon one night near ur mom in the same room to trademark sure u get up!

Always have these oveer the night pads. There huge the look approaching diapers. Ok its sounds lik im exaggerating. But there long enough to budge from front to bak and it won't let it come out from anywer I was have that problem to. So u should try it this is kinda weird but sometimes i wear two pads lol, one surrounded by the front, one in the back. or a wipe where it should go and a panty liner surrounded by the back. generally that help me. .
i would say wear two pads the over darkness ones if u can and try not to move much whie sleeping and i try to sleep on my back and try not to move
but 2 pads over darkness try not moving much might just work this may sound funny but sometimes i wear 2 pad one in the front and one in that hindmost hahaha and that usually works :).
I wear 2 pads. In the back and front. That usually does the trick. sleep on your stomach.

get tighter underwear to hang on to it in place wear a tampon, just don't sleep too long. .
