Yeah it can mean they are growing. Or it can niggardly you are pregnant. Or it can mean your hormone cycle is shifting, which happens something like every 7 years...so you would be a little over due...Or it can close-fisted you haven't had satisfactory water (is it sore underneath your arms or by any other glands?).
