I enjoy a very fragile bladder...?

Hi I'm Carolina. I am a gymnast and when ever I land things similar to tumbling or dismount I pee a little. Its with the sole purpose like a drop, but when you dance move then once, it get worse and worse. I don't think its conventional for a 13 year old to hold bladder problems, so there anything I can do to build my bladder stronger or less shabby?

Make sure you progress pee before you start practice, and if it continues, see a doctor. He may prescribe you something to keep hold of your bladder from "leaking" so to speak.
