I am female, 5'2, weigh 123 pounds. My BMI is fine but my body plump percentage is high. All the websites I can find speak I should lose between 10 an 20 pounds. I wear size 4/6 clothes. What do you think?

Probably you should lose some weight, but it depends on your build. I'm 5'4 and I weigh 105... 123 would be chunky on me. You should move about more by body fat percentage than BMI. it's much more accurate.
