PMS or saxophone?

Okay, I paly the bari saxophone and I marched contained by a parade a couple weeks ago. My rear legs started hurting after that and a week or so after I started my period, I've be having it since Novmeber. My backbone is in A LOT of headache now and I've taken medicen and put hot pad on my back. Do you suggest this is from PMS or playing my saxophone ( which I play every other day at university by the way )

Thanks!!

As a feminine and retired band director, I put emphasis on with your situation. I would say aloud it's definately the weight of the baritone saxophone. You should check your posture while you convoy. Are you supporting your weight next to your legs or back? You should be using your legs. Also, you might want to attain a wider, more stable neck strap to assist next to the weight of the sax. PMS have never caused me to hold such back twinge that I could not perform in need the aid of Tylenol. In either suitcase, if your back hurts that defectively, take your sax near you and get your final checked by a physician. Posture counts. Good luck

A little of both. You might want to try lower-body or ab training to strengthen your core. Pilates are pious for that. The abs are what keeps the fund strong.
