Steep 2 tsp within a pint of water. Take 2-3 Tbsp 6 times a afternoon.
Although as an OB/GYN I wouldn't recomment this method, I would like you to know that this is a massively risky process so please put some thought into before you try. I know you said you didn't want ppl to relate you that but it's true, there are side effects. Also, you enjoy to use black cohosh with blue cohost, vitamin C or dong quai.
Good Luck!
Ok, I have researched this, but the information is simply not available, because general public don't do this. There are reports of pregnant women using black cohosh to stimulate contractions and thus bring on labor and reports of still birth related to this use. Also, I do not recommend taking a large dose to induce miscarriage as black cohosh is also associated near extensive and serious adverse effects and drug interactions.
Just a note, you did not mention how far along you are or if you are sure you are pregnant. Plan B is available OTC if it have only be a few days.
Please do some more research before you purloin a chance on this, as I do not believe it is a nontoxic option.
