Question give or take a few period/ovulation?

I'm 17 years old and I have an irregular interval. Though annoying, I know this is not abnormal. However I have a few question about ovulation. Can I have a ordinary ovulation cycle with an irregular period? Does my ovulation coincide next to the times of the month I do have my period or is it determined otherwise? Is in attendance any way I can regulate my period and/or ovulation cycle in need birth control (I've tried it before and had to stop taking it due to severe side effects)?

Any answers or input would be much appreciated.

More than 50 percent of vigorous women have the problem of Irregular menstrual cycle. Usually hormone therapy help to regulate your periods - possibly you can try a different brand of birth control - other things to think roughly speaking that may cause irregular periods:

Stresses, rigidity, ingested medications and caffeine, a substance that disrupt corpus luteum function or even act as anticoagulant blood thinners.

Remember that fluctuation within periods indicates the beginning of disturbance within the natural chain of hormonal events that have power over menstruation.

Cigarette smoking is another reason for irregular menstrual cycles because it shortens the follicular phase. It also shortens the luteal phase if smoking is heavy. However, extreme alcohol intake is also a pretext for irregular menstrual cycle.

The other common responsible factors for irregular menstrual cycle are: significant freight gain or loss, over-exercise, breastfeeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome/estrogen dominance, poor nutrition, medications, chemotherapy eating disorders, hormonal disparity, recent childbirth, miscarriage or uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis).

Where is a woman's G-Spot, does it move?

An irregular period is common and youshouldn't try to alter it if your body naturally does it. Actually it can work to your advantage close to it does for me. Your ovulation is your period so if you have an irregular interval, you have an irregular ovulation. Irregular to others but right on time for your body, remember that!

Have you ever forgot to transmutation your wad or tampon?

your term is a result of ovulation. diet, stress, and lifestyle changes can all be manipulate to help with your term, but definitely the easiest and most surefire way to regulate it is birth control, even though the side effects are grim. other than that, just hang about it out and it should regulate itself within a few years.
