God! 40 isn't a disappearance sentence, you know! You don't wake up on your 40th birthday and judge "*! I'm too old to do anything anymore!" 40 is for a moment on the early side to start going through the menopause unless you are genetically built that way. My mum be 36! I'm 41 and still haven't even begun to quality symptoms. Also, the past 2 years own seen me do some amazing fresh stuff so don't think 40 is older! You just nouns depressed!
