well im 39 and these finishing few yrs i have be getting cramps sooooo bad what works for me and it does work. midol doesnt touch me at adjectives. but i take ibephofain 400 mg i pinch 2 to 3 of them and drink a little bit of white milk so it doesnt upset your belly and beleive it or not it help alottttttttttttttttttttt.
