im 12 and i wear a 36a sized bra but my breast are really saggy like i denote when is down my breast are sagging almost effective to my belly button is it posible for your breast to not be sagging when i grow up or will they stay resembling this saggy forever cause it is really uncomfortable

It sounds to me like your bra may not be the right category for supporting your breasts. I would recommend talking to a bra fitter. They come to the big dept stores within the malls such as Penney's on a Sat. The service they provide to help women find the right fitting and supporting bra is free.
As for the growth factor they will even out. Please also natter to your mom and dr (the reason for this is to enjoy them evaluate the situation further if finding a different bra is not enough).
don't wear newly a fabric bra. craft sure you have a bra that supports your chest. If you don't it looks similar to you aren't wear a bra at all.

The reason they're floppy is because you probably didn't wear a bra and the weight of your breast tissue weigh your breasts down and "tore" away from your body.
