I have been on yaz for around 1.5 years and i have never missed a pill. my period is usually just about 5 days but this month i am up to about 7 days. Also it started light and is much heavier in a minute. My periods have be pretty consistant since i started yaz, Is this normal?

You may be becoming "immune" to Yaz, I was on Trinessa for a bit over 2 years and all of a sudden about 2 years after taking it I get a lot of breakthrough bleeding, and also longer periods (like around 10-13 days). I'd name your doctor and tell them, they can prescribe you a stronger medication if you want. Best of luck
