Hi You don't mention why you can not use tampons. There is a more economical & environmentaly friendly alternative to tampons and towels called MoonCup; which comes contained by a couple of sizes. This is a small cup that you place inside that collects your flow. A bit like a diapham. No leak no mess. You just remove to void, clean and put final in place. Hope this help
