I deem i've got this figure out hopefully. If your going through a sex change- your a guy taking female hormons and your starting to show feminine signs and/or your attracted to the same sex as you, than yes by adjectives means come out and be honest. If you be aware of comfortable taking the hormons and even if you arent than you should be comfortable with person honest; not with only yourself but with anyone that you are near. If you are scared than its a raw response to any major cash in your duration. Now on the other hand, if your a womanly and you are trying to hid yourself and leave behind as a guy it's still the same. Be accessible and honest. If you're hiding them because you're pretending to be a boy then you might want to parley to your doctor. If you feel better as a boy and not as a girl afterwards you might want to look into gender issues and possibly a devolution.
