Is 140 pounds curvy for a 14 year mature?
Answers: nope.
Whoever told you that Muscle weighs more than obese should go back to academy, if you weigh 140lbs of muscle or 140 lbs of fat, you still weigh 140 lbs. You could go and enjoy your body fat percentage checked at a local health club by a certified personal trainer (ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM), those are a few pious certs. Or you could probably go to a local University or College and check with the exercise science department and enjoy them check your body fat. Make sure either place uses the Calipers and NOT an electronic gizmo similar to the "omniron" which can change the % based on hydration or even room warmth. It depends on your height, too. 140 does seem a bit too much for a 14-year-old, later again, if you work out A LOT or something and you're tall, muscle does weigh more than fat. To carry an accurate assessment of your BMI (body mass index), you can get a quick check up from your doctor and communicate them of your concerns..
k i m 145 n i eat healthy merely like u if u feel rotund then just do this:
every hours of darkness b4 u go 2 bed do 10 sit ups. i cant tell u how long 2 do it, but i hope ur merciful bcuz it takes a while 4 it 2 work. but IT DOES WORK!
i don't look fat eithr but i totally be aware of it! im the same age so im tellin u u rnt fat! k?.
idk but i know at 14 i weigh like 90 pounds. im 20 now and weigh 107. im 5'6" also but i surmise i should be about 120 or so.. i work out 30 min a day. i guzzle whatever i want lol so idk. it depends on the person i guess theres really no correct weightiness unless its really over than what youre bmi should be. exactly the same for me!!
I am 14 too and I weigh 130 pounds!
I am 5'1.
I am not fat tho.
I get through super healthy and get plenty of exersise.
Screw the degree, if you think your at a healthy counterbalance, then so be it!.
some of it may still be baby obese. give yourself some time to shed those off.
also, you may be big boned. i too be heavy when i was younger. even my doctor told me i wasn't overweight. i purely have a large frame. possibly that's what you have. it could just be that you are soaring
or it could be muscle (which weighs more than fat)
but if you are neither of the above than yeah that is pretty grease. .
No, that's normal weight for your age/height and you nouns muscular so you are probably perfect. actually it depends on ur body type and height above sea level. but personally i wouldn't say ur podginess. .
It depends on your height and body type.
If you are healthy, don't verbs about the number on the scale..
its ok and not really because your a forceful girl your growing more and the scale will go up okay how tall are you?
age really doesn't have anything to do near weight unless you are a infant.
well ur not heavy and ur not quite "over"weight any. and from what u said, its prolly just muscle. infact im almost sure. thats like 30 pounds overwight
U should munch through around 1200 calories and keep those workouts
to lose wieght.
if you work out as much as you say, its adjectives muscle.
Try a BMI.

All depends on how tall you are. Check out some of the height/weight scales on the internet. They can be tricky, but they'll show you if you are close to average. My daughter is 5'6" and weighs in the order of 125 lbs and looks quite thin/average and falls in the average category. So if you're a bit taller and fit, you're probably fine. If you're her elevation and 140 lbs, don't freak, you may have some baby chubby to lose...or it stretches out as you gain height.
If you work out that much, you have seriously of muscle, which weighs much more than fat by VOLUME. Compare this to a pound of feathers and a pound of hamburger...both weigh a pound, but the hamburger TAKES UP LESS SPACE. you'll have need of a much larger container to hold a pound of feathers than a pound of hamburger...it's obviously healthier to own a higher muscle to fat ratio and you'll look thinner since muscle is more compact.
And by the course unless you are abnormally short, 140 lbs is not what most people consider FAT, except surrounded by the modeling profession and that's not realistic for most people.

according to your information, you are on the upper, close to 90th percentile for your age in both immensity and height...that means you are proportional, that being who told you to lose 30 lbs hasn't a clue, if you are proportional then you are okay.(you are on the larger side for your age...that does not mean FAT)
As for the creature who told you to lose 30 lbs...110 lbs at 5'6" is 90th percentile height at 50th percentile weight. Not conventional for most girls and very disproportionate. Let's not push anorexia nervosa on young women...okay? I've see people die from that, it's horrible.
