I have an exceptional pap what should I do?

My pap was nonstandard and my insurance just run out after I got it done. My dr. said she required to refer me to an gyneocologist. I told her I couldn't becuz I dont have insurance anymore. I also have to stop using my birth control, the patch.

Now I have a brownish discharge.
What could this be?
