So my last real time of year was Mar 7-march13, and on march 21 i have a little spotting for a couple days. I don't have sex that habitually but I'm not using birth control. We usually use the pull-out method...which has worked for us so far. I went to the clinic today and they did a (Urine) pregnancy tryout and it came up neg. I am having rather cramping just below the ribs and I am bloated..a lot! What should I do immediately?
