Is it normal to start your interval during your third week of your birth control pack?

i just started taking loestrin 24, & on hours of daylight 16 of my pack i started bleeding. i mean full on cramping, bleeding, and bloating. i have an abortion 7 months ago and started taking loestrin then for 2 months and i have no problem like this. i stopped taking my pill and immediately i have started pay for on my first pack. i havent even gotten to the 4 placebo pills yet. what is going on?

Since it is your first pack it is very adjectives to have breakthrough bleeding. Give it at least possible 3 months. If you're still having problems step back to the Dr and she will probably prescribe something investigational.

actually believe it or not it is totally normal. You reckon that since you are on birth control you will only start your interval that 4th week when you are on your birth control. But every once in a while your cycle will redeploy, and the pill wont keep your cycle from shifting. So maybe once a year you might take your period when you are still on the actual pill.
