MY BooBs HURT!?

Im 13 nd i know y they hurt but how do i make them get the impression better?!?!
p.s- i wear a bra 2 bed (its a sports bra) is that making them hurt more??

I'm not really sure what to tell you...if you're coming up on your term, it's common for your breasts to be sore. Try wearing a more supportive bra (sports bra maybe)? Wearing a bra to bed would not necessarily manufacture them hurt more, nor do I think they'd take home them hurt less. Maybe try taking some Tylenol and wearing a more supportive bra.

Out of control ingestion?

Theres no way to cause them feel better really, i procure it, u just hug them, grotesque i know but i feel it help me, just hoist them up abit. and no its not the bra dont worry, if its up because of peiod stuff just going to enjoy to wait till its ovwer im afraid, sorry a short time ago one of those things boobs do.
