Has anyone used the Mirena IUD?

The pill makes me really sick to my stomach - I've tried almost all of them. I haven't have any kids yet, but my doctor say it will be fine because my husband and I are very far away from that.

How did I find genital herpes?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that it wasn't recommended for a woman that hasn't had a child to enjoy an IUD. I had mine 8 years ago (not Mirena), so I could be wrong.

My sister have the Mirena, and loves it. She's had it for a couple of years very soon. She doesn't have her time with it, but spots occasionally.

There are other methods of birth control...Nova Ring, condoms, sponge, diaphragm...

I instinctively wouldn't recommend the shot. To me, it was the birth control from hell. I have terrible side effects beside it: mood swings, dizziness, and weight gain. That be all from taking one shot. It took my body a long time to receive back to average.

If you choose to get the Mirena, and you don't close to it, you can have it removed. If you ruin up liking it, you can enjoy it for up to 5 years. Best of luck to you!

I have a PERIOD problem! Please relief! ?

I was, but I didnt approaching the side effects. Your period could b longer, and I abominate periods, cramping, displacement, requiring surgery, irregular bleeding and more stuff i cant remember. But its a obedient long term birth control. enjoy you heard roughly speaking the depo shot?
