oh my gosh!! when i get pms it is soooooo desperate! one second i'm p!ssed off, the subsequent im crying, and the next im really really relieved, i tell sour my friends, yell for no suitable reason, and i even lost a bf because he have had ample of me acting like that. Does anyone know of any ways to maintain my pms somewhat under control?
