Gyno exam and tampons..sorry i know there are ton of similar question?
Hey. ok so i love the benefits of tampons, but hate wearing them. i get hold of a cramp when i put them in, and they dont quality right. (i know..that means im not putting it in right)
anyway, when i step to the gyno for the first time..will it hurt less if i enjoy already worn tampons?
please help.

YOu don't own to wear tampons.
A GYN exam isn't painful. It's awkward and probably a bit uncomfortable, but it's not sore. THere will always be anurse beside you, watching you and the doctor. That's to protect both of you.
And relax,. USe deep breathing exercizes to relax.

do you get regular cramps anywhy during your term? People with endometriosis gain worse cramps when they wear tampons. Discuss this with your doctor. The exam the doctor will do isn't exactly comfortable no issue what, but its really not that badA tampon is NOTHING compared to a speculum! If tampons are discomfited for you, either try their smallest size or purely use pads. I HATE tampons, I haven't worn them since I be a teenager. I approaching the kotex ultra thin pad, they're the best and they don't feel resembling a damn diaper.

for starters, the tampons you use are probably too big, manufacture sure you're getting ones that aren't too big, thats when they feel discomfited.as for the gyno, it shouldn't hurt that badly, it is probably better that you use tampons, but it will still be mortified and certain parts still class of hurt (regardless of what you use, or whether you've had sex, i intellectual that the hard way).
