Birth Control?
Answers:
I don't know about getting zest from birth control, but I can give you some suggestion from experience. I've tried the injection (depo provera, but it cause constant bleeding for three months and mood swings approaching crazy). I wouldn't go for it because it'll be surrounded by your system for the three months and if you have a discouraging reaction, you a short time ago have to live next to it for those months... not fun. I use a pill called Norimin which took roughly two months to regulate me nicely (may purloin a little longer). It's honest for me because there is a 12 hour pane in which you can lift it every day, which finances it's easier to manage than pills that you own to take inside the same hour respectively day. There's also the nuva ring which is vastly low dose hormones (I was fine on it, but it isn't offered in the country I am in immediately as it's a relatively new thing). You may own to just trial and error things until you find something that suits you faultlessly. Your gyno will help I'm sure.
Make sure you're taking a flawless multi-vitamin and your energy level should be fine.
Good luck. :-)
Besides Kigels is there any other exercise to be precise good for tightening your vaginal muscles?
I use Loestrin. It is a BC pill that have the lowest dose of hormones. Ask for something low dose - the higher the dose, the stronger the side effects (irritability, tender breasts, bloating, etc)I second not going on depo provera. This shot is unpardonable to women's bodies. Terrible as in class movement lawsuits against Pfizer for what it does to women.
I am on Kariva, its a low hormone pill that has given ME no side affects.
