SIT UPS SIT UPS SIT UPS. Sit ups acquire your stomach tight and help that flab be gone. It is smart to run for a few minitues previously though so you don't pull something. Also you may want to start intake more healthy. Just because something have low calories it does not mean that it is apt for you to eat on a diet. I am on the calorie diet... 2000 calories a time and i am already loosing weight. But simply remember that the calorie diet is based on able-bodied food.

skippin would be a great one try to do at least 30 everyday, or u might wanna try set ups for more or less 20 times everyday.
