Why is my body approaching this??!!?

im in my length,,,,and i get so annyoying and frustrrating in the region of evrything
i know it may be because im in my term and all...and it can be because im PMSing...but do u get hold of so mad when pmsing tht u want to hit the upright on ur computer and throw something? cuz i do...Is this normal??
btw this morning, i considered necessary to kill my bff because of tht...idk i basically get so frustrating and silly at nothing surrounded by particular..

Answers:    Its okay I obtain that way to when I hold my period. I punched my wall cuz I get so mad once because I be PMSing. Its just hormones going threw your body nought not normal nearly that!! Try doing yoga or daily exercises when you own your period!!
Wow your a hormonal wreck. My identity changes plentifully during my period. I capture mad and annoyed at every little article. I also get SUPER sensitive and cry efficiently. It is normal to consistency different during your period.
it is ok, you may want to lug a meditation break and calm down, I can particularly understand pms, it is fundamentally frustrating and there is zilch you can do but find some way to sustain yourself relax maybe you shoukld see your doctor. you may hold more serious PMS
trust me, it's completely normal. your hormones are going crazy, if you enjoy cramps they are probably driving you nuts too. i don't blame you for any weird behavior or anything yep sounds more or less right lol
Look up PMDD on the internet and go see your doctor. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is a more serious form of PMS. The problem is that some doctors won't believe you so you really call for to get a appropriate doctor that will listen and give you some paperwork to track your symptoms. They will analyze the diary-type paperwork you cram out and see if you have it or not. If your doctor does not do this and you are concerned, pursue this beside another doctor or psychologist. Going on the birth control pill reduces PMS symptoms. Also, drink deeply of fluids. You dehydrate a lot easier during this time as powerfully. I have to dance a step farther and avoid anything involving caffeine (including CHOCOLATE!) during my period otherwise I acquire really, really bad!
