The urethra and clitoris are 2 different things. The urethra is the canal governing from the outside to your bladder. The clitoris, of course, is the sensitive bit of the womens' genitalia and is all external. Overstimulation cannot produce a UTI. A UTI occurs when germs are introduced into the bladder, usually e-coli from the anus. Women are more susceptible because of the short length of the urethra.
