I find that I cannot exercise during my period. Am I the single one? Any tips on making it easier?

I know that normally exercise help cramps, but it exacerbates mine. It's very annoying. Anyone else own this problem? If so, what do you do? (Besides ODing on Midol)

Severe irritability and PMS?

I would take some Tylenol a partly hour before exersising and you could also try soaking in a heat bath prior to it. Try merely walking a couple miles that time of the month and then restart your usual routine after your extent.

Do you know what's happening to me?

Take a hot tub or use a heating wipe to relax the uterus to relieve cramps.

Exercise -- activity releases endorphins, the body's inborn painkillers.

Different herbal teas can help alleviate menstrual disorders. For cramps, try chamomile or cramp bark tea; for excessive bleeding, sip any shepherd's purse, red raspberry, or lady's mantle tea; for missed period, drink squawvine tea.

To brew, use 1 teaspoon of your herb of choice for each cup of hot marine, steep for 10 to 15 minutes, strain, and drink.

I do have three areas on my vanished side though that show to be cysts!?

No way ma'am. That integral week you'll find me laying on the couch. No gym for me till its over.
