Citrolpram - Is there another approach?

I've suffered from depression since I can remember, and have be switched in the end 2 years from Seroaxt to Citrolpram, since then I thought that my hair which used to be curly, long, sleek and in really pious condition, has in a minute changed to dry, dull, lost all curls and looks approaching straw, and stopped growing! I came stale them for a while during a stay in hospital and my hair have suddenly reverted back to it's aged self and has grown over an inch in length. I'm in want of my tablets but for vanity solely I'm desparate to find an alternative drug. I have tried St Johns Wort and It's not strong plenty. Help!!

I hold taken both Citalopram and Seroxat with devastating results and can no longer tolerate drugs resembling them. I suffered from depression for over 20 years until I had six sessions of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Since next, two years ago, I have not be depressed even once. I have feel close to it sometimes, but now enjoy the resources to cope with it and can certainly stop it from hapenning, which was something I never could do since. I cannot recommend it highly plenty, it may not have one and the same results for everyone, and I am certain that my principle as a Christian helped contained by this somewhat (although I had be a Christian for many of those depressive years). It may not cure your depression, but it may be exceptionally useful surrounded by finding better ways of coping with it and it won't affect your fuzz. Best of luck, and God Bless.

i've heard suitable things about Kelp extract. it's supposed to assistance improve quill, nail and skin condition... it's something to do near it being a inherently high source of iodine... hopefully u should know how to continue taking citrolpram alongside the kelp extract, but u should other check with your doctor first.

citrlopram, made me crazy, i blamed these for a suicide atempt, i be on antis for yrs but these are the worse. Well for me anyway. i now on prozac and never feel better, altho put on little weight, but finding myself again not the monster i become on citrolpram.

Hi sarah you influence you suffer from depression my heart goes out to you ive suffered next to depression for many masses years and yes it is a horrible illness.Ihave also tried copious antidepressants and they dont really help Ifound that they lately masked the problems that were making me in poor health my GP refered me for councilling and this really did help me.Dont catch me wrong it wasnt easy as they pocket you right back to your child hood so they can get hold of to the root of your problems.Please try this as it is better than being hooked on drugs right luck hun please ask your GP about this hope you have a feeling better soon Barb

Were you have any other medication at the time? I only ask because i be prescribed with Citalopram 5 years ago and I haven't have any problems like you enjoy with your down , sorry I don't have anything better to utter think on anything else that you enjoy been doing ok
