Can i practice with tampons while not on my extent?
im pretty sure im bout to start and i am goin over to my friends house on thursday to swim.il prolly have it by afterwards and i want to use tampons. can i practice putting them in and taking them out while im not on my period? i want to be comfortable beside inserting them by thurs. so i need to practice! can i do this?
oh yea: im 13 and enjoy had my time of year for 1 1/2 yrs. if that helps!

yes. just use some lubricant even resembling vegetable oil from the kitchen because if you practice lacking you might hurt yourself a little. not worth it. so use vaseline, KY, or better, plain mature oil.I am 14 and one and only a size 32A JUNIORS!?
Yes. Just don't leave it within. And don't do it too many times, the skin will become irritated if you dry it out too much.i wouldn't. it will be to dry making it difficult to get surrounded by and out. it may also hurt pulling it out.
it's not really a well brought-up idea, because your vagina isn't moist or anything, the fibers of the tampon can mischief the lining of your sheer vagina. It will hurt a lot to whip out if you aren't menstruating.
and vegetable oil, or any cooking grease is a really bad view, it's not designed to be used as a lubricant...

You can do it, but it might be discomfited to try to get it out. Because it won't enjoy soaked up any fluid, it will be dry and hard to remove. You should use some sort of lubricant (probably not oil-based) when you insert it so that you don't own a hard time removing it. Good luck!
PS. Maybe you can try soaking the tampon in sterilized hose down before inserting it so that it won't be dry, and it will be easier to remove. It would be really high-status for it to be sterile water though, since you don't really want to introduce germs into your vagina.

you can practice briefly once or twice but do not disappear them in them you will be at risk for TSS, toxic shock syndrome. I would suggest putting a small amount of vaseline on the wrap up to make it easier since you are impracticable to it and make sure to start beside something like Junior Tampex which is a smaller size until you receive comfortable with them. Read the pamphlet inside the box for details on TSS.Unless you use a lubricant, it will be pretty uncomfortable inserting and removing them. When you hold your period the blood act as a lubricant, but if you put them in when you are effectively dry they will suck up any remaining moisture in your vagina and be relatively painful to remove again. Like dragging a cotton orb across your tongue when you've got not spit vanished.
