No deodorant is doing the trick what should I do?

I'm always drizzly and smelly- although it's not really noticeable to anyone but me but stops me from relaxing and not worrying nearly who'll notice. I'm not making it up. I try not to drink smelly foods, I drink a lot of river and I do everything right...but it's not helping. I want to be smell free. What'll I do?
