Eh what is wrong beside me?

lately i have be very down in the dumps my stomach always hurt, im naseous and vomiting..what could be wrong beside me? could it be like stress or something worse...? im worried. this have been going on for resembling a week.
i have a doctors appointment for monday but i would resembling to know what to expect ahead of time..
