Ok, I got my interval and I am on a swim team. I fing tampons REALLY raw, I can get them within. Um. is there resembling a trick or some other way to swim lacking a tampon. Or a easier way to catch it in?

in good health i can't really get the tampons within either but i can bequeath you some tips from friends and my mom (and me):

1. no matter what anyone say, do NOT go swimming lacking a tampon, even if you think your flow will stop. once your body get used to the temperature of the sea your flow WILL start up again. (and no one desires that to happen, especially you)

2. try using a mirror when putting in the tampon. my house is veryy...modernized..and in one of our dining rooms the total wall is a gigantic mirror and that kind of help me see where the vaginal hole be and everything

3. put K-Y jelly on the applicator. DO NOT USE VASELINE! vaseline is extremely harmful and can inflict irritation because it is hard for the vagina to carry rid of!

4. even though i still cant get tampons contained by, i found it was a moment or two easier to use a plastic applicator instead of a cardboard one.

5. read the directions on the tampon box and try different angles of insertion.

6. i know this sounds kind of pervy but try sticking ur pinky finger in ur vagina to find the hole.

You can't swim minus a tampon. If it's painful consequently you're either not doing it right or perchance the ones you're using are too big for you.

When I used to wear tampons I would sometimes lubricate the area to breed putting the tampon in easier. The other thing I sometimes did be to take one of my other fingers and consequently slide the tampon along that.

I wouldn't recommend swimming lacking any protection down there. I would switch brands of tampons and I would ask your mom or elder sister how to put it in correctly.

It really depends on the brand you use, I found that the Tampax brand are too long for me. I in actuality tried a few and found that the Kotex brand are way more comfortable and not so long. You may not be doing someting wrong simply maybe using the wrong one for you. Good Luck!

When I first started with tampons, I found them raw as well. I'm not sure what charitable your are using but I suggest a plastic applicator and slim fit from Playtex. Take your time and relax during insertion. If you can feel it constantly while it is surrounded by than it is highly possible it's not within far enough. experiment a moment or two.

Whenever I swim or even take a shower my spell stops.Yours might too. If it doesn't you might try (and I know it sounds kinda strange) putting lotion or KY jelly on the tampons applicator to make it smaller quantity painful to put within. Well good luck! Hope this help!

Using tampons is a matter of practice. The more you do it, the easier it become. It shouldn't painful, if you can have a feeling the tampon, it's not in the right position. Perhaps you could try using applicator tampons. Shop around for different brands until you find something that suits you. Good luck!
