I'm 18 years old and for as long as i've have my period it other makes me soo tired, I freshly feel so fluff up, like I don't want to do anything. Is here anything I can do becides caffine?

Iron supplements. I realised that my iron drops terrifyingly with respectively period if I've not eat enough within advance.
