What is the window for taking birth control at equal time each hours of daylight?

I have be on birth control for months now and I help yourself to it around 6:00PM each time. I was wondering what the fanlight was for taking it one and the same time each time: ie, 20 minutes before or after 6:00PM would be a windowpane.
