As soon as you get your time,you can wear a tampon. All tampons absorb equal if they are the same absorbancy. All tampons are tested by the FDA to see that they lock in the exact same amount. My suggestion-start out with Tampax Pearl Multipax,and use the regular. If it soaks up adjectives it can in 4 hours or smaller quantity,go near the super. If it is 4 hours and there's still white fiber showing,use the the Lites. Hope I help!

i waited a year since i used a tampon, the Tampax Pearl sports ones are the best! =) theyre small, absorb great, and you cant even get the impression them!you can wear a tampon at any age. You dont necessarily enjoy to wait til your elder. I got my extent when i was 12 so dont verbs about human being late.
any age, but it's better if you have a regular cycle so you enjoy somewhat of an idea of how much flow to expect on what days, so you can better estimate what size tampon you'll call for. I would suggest starting with tampax satin teens, and start beside the lites and work your way up. Too little absorbancy is better than have too much. So start with lites and use a wipe as backup at first
