Ok to take Hoodia with BCP?

My girlfriend is currently taking this weight control pill call Hoodia. However, she is unsure whether or not it interferes or has any effects next to her current Birth Control Pills (Alesse). Information on the internet indicates that there should be no effects, however, we are looking for a 2nd evaluation. Does anyone know if this Hoodia has any effects on BCPs?

In the past when I be trying not to get pregnant I did both and it worked for me. BCP from my perception tricks the body into thinking that its already pregnant. I don't see how weight control pills could affect that. Maybe you should ask her why she have doubts, as in if she feel she is showing signs of being pregnant and if she is taking her pills at the right times. At any rate if you be aware of uncomfortable near just relying on the pills you can other use multiple forms of protection.
