It's tricky to say minus knowing if you've ever been on the pill in the past and what, if any, side effects you had afterwards. I'd droop in within and see if it gets better - perchance try to take the newborn for a walk surrounded by the stroller a few times a week, rest when you can, and try to get some excited support from family or friends. If it doesn't increase, if it gets worse, or if you find yourself getting angry at your babe, please make an appointment beside your doctor. Masturbation?

Soooo... when you have your spell your progesterone and estrogen drop dramatically.
Right before you hold a baby they high point like crazy and consequently drop down again.
The low levels of progesterone and estrogen save you from getting pregnant because they have nowhere to drop... especially if you breastfeed because your body keep progesterone down in command to enable lactation.
The course the pill works is it gives your body a consistant stream of estrogen and progesterone, they never drop and they never top.
But you are throwing your body through a loop right now. You purely had a child and you are forcing your hormone levels sophisticated than they should be right now.
Give your body a break! It know your not ready to win pregnant, that's why your homones are low. Now you have PMS because your hormone level are up.
It's not too late to get hold of off of it.
