Toe nail underneath skin!?

I cut the nail of my big toe, but trimmed too much stale the right side corner of my nail...weeks next, the skin is growing OVER the nail, and im finding it hurts alot when i presently touch that corner of my toe with the pin trapped underneath the new skin.
Someone mentioned that a minor surgery is needed to crust off the skin, remove the staple, and allow the skin to heal properly lacking anything underneath the skin...but it makes me like a cat on a hot tin roof, also, has anyone else gone thru this back, did you need surgery or should i hang about it off? its be about a month already... it hurts to touch it, but doenst hurt to saunter...

any doctors out there? i would greatly appreciate adjectives your help! appreciation so much! :)

I have have these ingrown toenails for years, I have never have the surgery for them. OK heres what you do. Cut the corner off that's ingrown after pull it out, it sounds resembling your's is infected so its gonna hurt a little. Then cut a stripe straight up the middle of the nail. This will create the nail grow towards the middle instead of to the vanished or right like it is immediately. Also when you pull the corner out you obligation to put some peroxide on it to prevent further infection, also if there is puss contained by it you need to squeeze it out.

you have an ingrown toe staple. you need to stop adjectives your toe nails too short. A friend have surgery to get it cut sour, theyll give you strain killers

if you cant cut it yourself, which i dont recommend to prevent infection, just progress to the doctor.

i do that all the time by disaster but unless it becomes infected, etc. you can rob nail clipers and cut a tiny bit sour as it grows. What you have presently is an ingrown toenail but most people don't inevitability surgery for it.

IF you can get the rim of the nail out of the skin, you can put a thoroughly small bit of cotton under the pin to keep it out of the skin.

If not, see your doctor or a podiatrist; this is a minor procedure.

The alternative, letting it run, is that the nail will grow deeper and deeper into the skin cause more and more pain.
