Going to receive birth control?

ok i have never be to a "woman's doctor" before. I dont enjoy insurance, but i want to go to the clinic by my house to get hold of birth control. how do i go just about asking and setting up an appointment? does it cost alot without insurance?

Answers:    Many clinics present free birth control to minors or income qualifying patients. Ask them just about free birth control, or a 'sliding scale'. Just call them up! they will know how to answer all of your question!
Just go to planned fatherliness. it's $25 for birthcontrol and they don't even need an appointment(since they don't cause appt.'s) and it's pretty much first come first serve You just nickname up the local Planned Parenthood or clinic and ask for an appointment. Most of these places offer relatively reasonable rates - and even if it is rather pricey, it is far cheaper and healthier than the alternatives.
If you go in AZ near is a clinic call Planned maternity and is never more than $20 they give you perfect discount on anything you need.
Good luck yeah it dose .
Birth control have some negative side affects you should know roughly.
First of all, it decrease your sex drive by a lot.
Second, you can gain substance.
Third, your body can get used to the hormones, and when you try to turn off the pill, your body go crazy and you don't have a extent for months and when you do its hell.
Last but not least, it puts you at a superior risk for blood clots.
I have have nothing but problems since going on the pill. I be on the pill for five years until I recently go off the pill within september and it has be awful.
