No, the depo shot (I am assuming this is what you mean) has to be taken at a certin time, 3 months after the preiouvs one. Do not miss that date becuase you haven';t ahd your spell. Any birth control can effect your cycle & it is very adjectives to only hold a little spotting on depo or no length at all. Everyone will take action differently. I've been on it since Sept & enjoy had regular lighting spotting right before & right after reciving the shot, & only just this week I got a sturdy period. Your cycle will dance crazy & it is normal but doesn`t matter what you do DON'T MISS YOUR SHOT DATE, if you do, it won't work.no hon u dont

yeah they wont let you return with it for the first time until you start your period and after every time after that you have to hold a pregnency test to spawn sure youre not pregnent.
