Why do i other throw up on the first day of my length?

im 15 and ive been throwing up for almost the last 5 months... whats wrong beside me and what can i do w/o seeing a doctor?

same!! youre probably freshly not eating good..seriously stopeating choclate and junk food and trust me youll stop throwing up..oh and dont guzzle late at hours of darkness stay safe and get through at 6 the latest
