What does burning pain during sex tight-fisted?

Yes I used lube (a lot of it).

Can anyone tell me how I can boost my metabolism?

Okay. I own experienced this. Most of the time, it could mean that you own a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis(neither of which are sexually transmitted infections). Tomorrow morning, call your GYN and sort a same-day appointment to get it checked out.
If in that is a slight white creamy discharge or cottage-cheesy discharge with no odor, it is more than potential a candida yeast infection. If there is a greyish whitish creamy discharge and a slight fishy odor, it is more than feasible bacterial vaginosis. Either are very confidently treated, and quite adjectives.
A health lesson:
1)Don't douche! I know. A lot of women articulate to do it, but really, it offsets the inborn balance of bacterium and yeast within your vagina and can cause one of the above mentioned infections.
2)Wear single cotton panties during the day-they do make cotton thongs and they are moderately cute and comfortable, and do not wear panties at bed time, unless it is that time of month.
3)Wash up with merely mild soap and warm water-nothing beside heavy scent or aloe or this or that, and not with anti-bacterial soaps resembling Dial or Lever, because this can also set off the innate environment of your vagina.
4)It is okay to change your undies during the afternoon. It is about to be really heat, so we get sweaty. To avoid infection, it is defining to stay fresh and dry.

Hope this helps.
